  • Because it's real work. I spend a couple of hours reviewing your site and prepping before we even get on the call, plus the hour together, plus written follow-up. It's a paid deep-dive, not a sales call.

  • The $250 comes off your first month if you sign within 30 days of your session. So the session basically becomes free at that point.

  • It helps, but no. Some people come in with a specific problem to solve. Others come in wanting a general audit and direction. Both work.

  • Yes, please do. The more specific you are, the more useful the hour becomes. Send me your questions ahead of time and I'll come prepared.

  • The strategy session is a plan, not execution. Retainers are for ongoing work. The session works well as a standalone if you want to DIY, or as a starting point before committing to more.

  • Usually within 1–2 weeks of your discovery call, sometimes faster. I limit how many I take on so scheduling can be tight.

  • You get the recording within 24 hours and a written action plan within 48. Then it's up to you, execute yourself, come back with questions, or sign on for a retainer.
